We track, measure, and report on the outcomes that matter to commissioners — because accountability drives quality, and quality changes lives.
Placement stability is the foundation of positive outcomes. A stable placement allows a young person to build relationships, engage with education, develop skills, and plan for their future. Instability disrupts progress and increases cost.
We invest in placement stability through consistent staffing, structured keywork, proactive disruption management, and early intervention when risks emerge. Our 95% stability rate demonstrates the effectiveness of this approach.
Every unplanned placement ending costs the Local Authority financially and in terms of outcomes for the young person. A provider that delivers stability delivers value. Our track record of maintaining placements through challenge, not just in calm conditions, sets us apart.
Education, training, and employment are critical pathways to independence and long-term positive outcomes. We actively support every young person to access and sustain engagement in meaningful EET activity.
We do not simply record EET status — we actively support engagement. This means identifying barriers, building motivation, accompanying young people to appointments, supporting enrolment, and celebrating achievements. Where a young person is NEET, we develop a structured re-engagement plan within the first eight weeks.
Outcome Area 3
Preparing young people for independent living is at the heart of our service. We use a structured independence skills assessment tool to baseline, track, and evidence skills development across key areas. Young people in our care demonstrate measurable improvement in independence skills during their placement.
We don't just teach skills; we evidence them. Our approach is clinical yet practical, ensuring every young person has a data-backed record of their growth toward independence.

Managing Appointments
The ultimate measure of our success is whether a young person leaves our service with a planned, positive, and sustainable move into appropriate accommodation. We plan for move-on from day one and work collaboratively with housing teams, personal advisors, and the young person to ensure it happens well.
We aim to have 9 out of 10 young people leave our service through a planned positive transition, not a crisis or breakdown.
We work with Local Authority housing teams, housing associations, and specialist supported housing providers to identify and secure appropriate move-on accommodation for every young person.
Where appropriate, we offer post-placement follow-up contact to support young people through the early weeks of independent living and help prevent tenancy failure.
