A structured, needs-led approach to supported accommodation from referral and assessment through to planned move-on.
PLACEMENT JOURNEY
A structured, step-by-step pathway comprehensively designed to build independence, confidence, and essential life skills.
Referral comprehensively reviewed, risk assessed, suitability rigidly confirmed, and a tailored placement plan agreed with the commissioner.
Structured induction, welcome process, and house orientation. The young person is softly introduced to their dedicated keyworker and the staff team.
Individualised support plan meticulously developed within the first 72 hours. Specific goals are set across independence, education, health, and wellbeing.
Regular keywork sessions, case reviews, and precise progress tracking. Strategic outcomes are persistently reported to the social worker and commissioner.
Planned, collaborative transition orchestrated firmly in conjunction with the leaving care worker, ensuring sustained success in the community.
Placement Matching
We do not operate a one-size-fits-all model. Every referral is individually assessed to determine suitability, compatibility with existing residents, and the level of support required.
Our matching process considers the young person's assessed needs, risk profile, cultural background, communication preferences, and personal goals. We work collaboratively with referring social workers to ensure the right match is made from day one.
Individual referral assessment thoroughly conducted by senior management.
Risk assessment fully completed prior to placement commencement.
Compatibility rigorously considered with the existing household dynamics.
Specific cultural and communication needs formally identified.
Placement plan agreed with commissioner prior to any admission.
Dedicated professional placement matching ensuring stability.
By comprehensively understanding both the individual and the existing household environment, we dramatically reduce placement breakdown and create spaces where young people feel safe to thrive.

THE ENVIRONMENT
Our properties are well-maintained, fully furnished, and located in safe, accessible areas.
STAFFING & SUPERVISION
In semi independent homes are staffed around the clock. Step down units are staffed as required by the needs of the young people.
We minimise agency use and prioritise staff consistency. Young people build trusting relationships with familiar adults who understand their needs.
Support is calibrated to each young person's assessed level of need and independence. As competence grows, supervision adjusts.
Each young person is allocated a dedicated keyworker who leads on their support plan, conducts keywork sessions, and advocates on their behalf.
Senior managers conduct regular home visits, case reviews, and quality audits. Operational management provides accountability.
All staff complete mandatory induction training covering safeguarding, trauma-informed practice, first aid, and fire safety. Ongoing CPD is structured.
